This is an aide-memoire for G20 delegates scheduled to participate in the “3rd Tourism Working Group Meeting” in Srinagar, Kashmir on 22nd May – 24th May 2023. The aim of the meeting is to create a new economy in the state that benefits the people and the environment.

Aide Memoire addressed to UN High Commissioner for Human Rights on Human Rights Situation in Jammu and Kashmir (Indian occupied) On 06 August 2016.

All these are State Subjects. Their arrests in the area administered as Trust Obligation by the Government of Pakistan is a matter of serious concern for JKCHR. These territories are a Trust Obligation of other member nations of UN as well.

The higher burden of responsibility of the Government of Pakistan as a party to the Kashmir dispute under UNCIP resolutions and as a member nation of UN to the question of self-determination could not be discharged unless the various disciplines of political and civil society opinion act as a watch man.

JKCHR co-author of a letter dated 15 July 2005 addressed to Prime Minister expressing our deep concern on the London bombing of 7th July and on other issues of great community interest, in particular, the Muslim youth, forwarded a copy for your attention.
