SHABIR AHMED SHAH AKA NELSON MANDELA OF KASHMIR

Mr. Shabir Ahmad Shah aka Nelson Mandela of Kashmir has been placed under house arrest by the State administration and not allowed to offer his Friday prayers at the local mosque today on 11 March 2011.

PLACEMENT OF ENGINEER KHAWAJA HASSAN MEHMOOD ON EXIT CONTROL LIST

Engineer Khawaja Hassan Mehmood Advocate a State Subject and a Belgium National currently visiting his family in his home town at Muzaffarabad has been served with a notice, advising him that the Subject of the State of Jammu and Kashmir has been placed on Exit Control List disabling him from his right to return to Belgium and join his family.

ARREST OF JKNAP AND JKNSF LEADERSHIP AND MEMBERS IN AJK

All these are State Subjects. Their arrests in the area administered as Trust Obligation by the Government of Pakistan is a matter of serious concern for JKCHR. These territories are a Trust Obligation of other member nations of UN as well.
